Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) Network Extension along Road 312 to Zabeel with connection to World Trade Center (WTC)

EMPOWER intended to extend the chilled water network from Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) main plant through Road 312 and connect to the valve chamber in the existing World Trade Center (WTC) Temporary plant by crossing Zabeel Road with all the required provisions for future connections, including but not limited to, provisions for one branch connection to Emirates Towers and provisions for two branch connections to the new World Trade Center.

Jouzy’s scope of works includes design review and design modifications including mechanical, civil & structural drawings and specifications, and provision of full site supervision services including contract administration for the district cooling distribution pipe network.
