MRH –22-HTA Construction and Maintenance of 346 Houses at Makan District / Hatta

Services Provided: Full Infrastructure Design and Supervision Services and Traffic Impact Study.

The construction and Maintenance of 346 House at Makan District residential area covers an approximate area of 70.00 hectares and is located at the South Eastern side of Hatta.

The project design presents two types of villa based on the number of bedrooms in each of these types as follows

Type (1): Total No. of 16 Villas two bedrooms.

Type (2): Total No. of 330 Villas four bedrooms.

These houses are to be constructed on project plots with land dimensions (19.81 m x 30.48 m).

The project site is located in a mountainous area interspersed with valleys which required careful study of cut and fill to achieve the proper leveling design before proceeding with construction activities on site.

Jouzy’ s scope of work included preparation of all design criteria and implementation of the overall master plan. The services also include power supply master plan, telecommunication, road lighting and ancillary ELV system requirements along with its associated civil works and coordination with local authorities.
