The site is located within Phase 1 of the “Akoya Oxygen” master development adjacent to AI Qudra and Lehbab road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

It features a signature Golf Course, residential and retail buildings, along with over 10,000 residential free-standing villas. The overall development area is 519 hectares.

Jouzy’ s scope of work for the MEP design includes the design review and validation of the electrical and telecommunication networks and supervision services. It also includes the construction, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the Roads and Infrastructure works in clusters VICTORIA, AVENCIA and AMARGO.
