The plot covers an area of approx. 193,170 m2, which previously housed industrial – light industrial units for a pipe manufacturer. The site has been cleared of the former manufacturing buildings and it is to be re-assigned for commercial office space and logistics facilities. The project is planned to be developed in multiple phases.
