AI Ghurair Properties LLC intended to carry out the refurbishment of an existing warehouse building on a plot in Jebel Ali Industrial Area. The refurbishment works relate to an internal/external change of function for the warehouse, which will now house a printing press and associated support spaces. In addition to internal refurbishment, there are required additional structures – a canopy roof element to connect the two existing buildings and help shelter from dust from the adjacent cement factory.
