Service Provided: Master Planning and Concept Design Services
The property is a 117 acre Island located along the northern coast of the UAE near the border of Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. The project is currently planned as a low rise residential development, and is to be rezoned as a mid-rise residential development with 10,000,000 square feet of primarily residential use. The Island will have a Jumu’ah Mosque to accommodate a congregation of 2000 with ample open space around it, including development of Island amenities, such as services, shops, etc.
