DUBAI, OCTOBER 1, 2012 – Axianta International announced that it has completed its acquisition of Jouzy Consulting Engineers. The acquisition will help to advance Axianta’s strategic plans to expand its footprint as a world-class global professional and development services firm in the MENA Region. Jouzy provides local presence and a long track record of providing Architectural and Engineering Services in the Middle East. In combining resources, Jouzy will be able to benefit from service diversification, and Axianta will acquire instant critical mass that will enhance its MENA presence, allowing faster access into the surrounding markets.

The integration of the two companies will take place over the next few months.
