Lift Station Inspection

Project involved inspection of all lift stations under Lawrenceburg Municipal Utility’s authority. Inspections included evaluation of capacity, compliance with current codes and regulations, maintenance, and operational difficulties. Inspection results along with rehabilitation, repair, and replacement recommendations; estimated costs for the recommended work; and prioritization of the recommended work were presented in a report. Project also included design and construction inspection of replacement lift stations for two existing lift stations. One lift station has a capacity of 100 gpm, the other 1,500 gpm. Raw water screening was evaluated at the Division 1 lift station.
Options for automating screen cleaning were also evaluated.
