National Emergency Recovery Program

The Emergency Recovery Program was undertaken by the Council for Development and Reconstruction to rehabilitate the various sectors of the infra-structure in Lebanon. Jouzy & Partners participated in the Program and were the Consultants on the Waste Water Sector for Package 7 – South Lebanon and Package 8 – Bekaa. The damage assessment studies consisted of the collection of field data on the extent of the damage that incurred on the Waste Water networks, facilities and civil works. The findings from the field investigation were presented in the Inception Report and Draft and Final Damage Assessment Reports. Analysis of the damage assessment studies was followed by synthesis and prioritization of the rehabilitation works required and preparation of budgets. Upon completion of the above work, Tender Documents including technical specifications were prepared for the execution of the rehabilitation works.
