The project provides fast track full architectural and engineering consultancy services to three five star hotels operated by Jumeirah, the Dubai-based luxury hospitality group. Situated on the western tip of Aqaba, within the Saraya Aqaba master plan; The hotels are uniquely designed in a culturally authentic manner with its man-made lagoon which will commence operations in 2009.The 650 keys hotels comprises approximately 100,000sqm in addition to unique floating manmade bungalow units overlooking the gulf of Aqaba.
