Chris is the Development Director for Axianta Consulting. He manages the real estate component of the firm. Starting in 1992, Chris has accumulated a wealth of experience in real estate development, acquisitions and financing and provides a great talent set to the firm’s clients.

Background

Over the years, Chris has managed, developed and arranged financial programs for portfolios with assets of several billions of dollars. He began his career with Duke Realty where he was Executive Vice President by the end of his 15th year there. He has managed real estate platforms in the billions of dollars for many Fortune 500 companies and the US government.
