During recent years Fabio Bendaña has been involved in the development and execution of multi-million dollar, high-profile projects in various parts of the world, such as in the United States, the Middle East, North Africa, Brazil and Central America. His dedication and progressive mind has given him the opportunity to succeed in all aspects of construction, sustainable planning and design of major works.

Fabio Bendaña is the author of various books published in the United States and has also been published in a number of renowned newspapers and magazines such as The Miami Herald, Valeparaibano Magazine in Brazil and the national newspaper of Nicaragua, La Prensa. Through his academic formation and vast experience in construction, he was invited to lecture as visiting professor of architecture at Miami Dade College, Florida International University as well as guest speaker in universities such as UNITAU and FAAP in Brazil.

In addition to his accomplishments, Fabio has a great ability to build relationships, having had success in business development and management at international level, creating a network of relationships at a governmental and private sector.
